What we expect from you:
Your experience and expertise in social media advertising will come naturally – including audience segmentation, algorithm optimization, ad execution, and reporting.

You will need to have a technical background with the capability to analyze data and identify objectives that aid in the company’s continuing success.

You will need to have outstanding creative and organizational skills, able to plan, write, design, and target engaging content. We’re a busy team, so you must be able to juggle and prioritize workloads and deadlines. Short-form copywriting, design, and an eye for detail are a given, as is the desire to work within a high-performing team.

You must have working experience in a digital marketing agency, or Done for you services is preferred.

Skills needed:
Content creation
Creative ad copies
Growing Brand Social media following
Creative copywriting for posts
Ad execution and reporting on platforms like Facebook, IG, Tiktok,
Audience segmentation, Algorithm optimization, A/BTesting, Reporting, analyzing, and adjusting the strategy.
Email copywriting

Your daily task will include the following;
– Brand management and engagement
– Increase brand awareness and social media following
– Create and publish engaging content (photos or videos) daily that aligns with our brand to increase brand awareness.
– Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy. Create a Content Calendar to be submitted a week ahead.
– Provide Analytics at the end of the week and end of the month.
– Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media, design tools, and applications and explain how we can use them for our company
– Find influencers for potential collaboration.
– Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
– Periodic newsletters
– Managing paid social media marketing campaigns

What we offer:

– Starting salary $7/per hour (Salary increase based on performance)
