Social Media Marketing Expert / Graphic Artist

We are a Sydney, Australia-based Property Management company looking for a full-time, home based Social Media Marketing Expert / Graphic Artist with our marketing operations.

Responsibilities

– Develop and maintain websites, social media assets of the company and of the CEO
– Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives.
– Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the company brand.
– Make and edit videos for social media
– Make and edit graphics for social media
– research, script, film and edit UGC videos
– if you’re great at presenting on video that’s a bonus!

Qualifications

– Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Canva Pro, to create visually appealing content for various digital platforms.
– Creativity and innovation to develop compelling visual content that engages target audiences and communicates brand messaging effectively.
– 2 – 3 years experience in marketing/brand management, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear and engaging messages.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– In-depth knowledge of all social networking platforms.
– Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
– Familiarity with SEO strategies
– Familiarity of how to edit and make creatives in Tiktok

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of social media and marketing support.

Just a quick heads-up about some important details to keep in mind:

– We offer a salary range of 45,000 pesos to 75,000 pesos per month for this role, with the final compensation determined based on your skills and the outcome of your interview.
– The role requires availability to work according to Sydney, Australia hours
– This is a full-time position with Living High Co-Living, and taking on side gigs is not permitted.
– Obtaining an NBI clearance is a necessary step for employment.
