Social Media Marketing Expert Needed! Pays Well!

JOB OVERVIEW :

I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant who has experience with SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION, INSTAGRAM + TIKTOK, FACEBOOK ADS MANAGER + MARKETING, preferably for an e-commerce fashion brand. The ideal candidate MUST BE CREATIVE, VERY DETAIL ORIENTED AND ORGANIZED, RELIABLE, HARD WORKING, HONEST, and DEDICATED to my team.

Strong written and spoken English skills and excellent communication are a MUST!

I am looking for someone with a chic, minimalistic aesthetic that matches my brand and who understands beautiful composition and design. We are an e-commerce fashion brand specializing in luxury Resortwear. We are working on growing our social media following organically at an accelerated pace. The ideal candidate is HARD WORKING, RELIABLE and DEDICATED with excellent communication skills and experience in social media marketing.

Projects will include the following:

Social Media tasks:
– Manage brand’s social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
– Create a social media content calendar for each month according to client objectives
– Use provided raw video content and photos to create reels for Instagram and videos for TikTok
– Conduct research on trending audio and manage the saved library to stay current on both platforms
– Post to Instagram and TikTok daily, according to our monthly marketing calendar
– Create content for IG stories and schedule a minimum for 3-5 IG stories per day
– Build up social media audience and provide recommendations for ways to grow our social following
– Help to develop a launch strategy for breaking into the Pinterest platform

Marketing tasks:
– Create brand targeted ad campaigns using Facebook Business Manager starting with engagement ads
– Manage audiences within Facebook Business Manager and create successful targeted ad campaigns
– Conduct A/B testing on Facebook ads to continuously tweak and improve our ad strategy
– Analyze performance and draw conclusions based on data with recommended next steps

Misc VA tasks:
– Assist with website SEO related tasks including updating product info, images, meta tags, etc.
