Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team, with a preference for candidates with experience in real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, with expertise in video editing, caption creation, graphic design, and utilizing tools like Canva. The candidate should be well-versed in posting content across various social media platforms and have experience in social media advertising.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
– Edit and create engaging videos to be used across social media platforms.
– Develop visually appealing graphics and images to accompany social media posts.
– Craft compelling captions that resonate with our target audience.
– Copywriting for social media posts that is on-brand and encourages audience engagement via comments, shares, link clicks
or direct messages.
– Stay up to date on social media trending videos and content styles, to create original on-brand content that meet trends and
algorithms.
– Import and organize an extensive amount of video files with careful systemizing.
– Review raw video files to identify the most relevant, on-brand, high-value clips that will appeal to our audience.
– Have a strong understanding of Alpha Capital’s content “buckets” and specific audiences (Buyers, Sellers, Investors) across
various content formats (social media, YouTube, weekly newsletter).
– Create graphics and carousel posts with high-value information using ChatGPT about relevant real estate investing topics.
2. Canva Expertise:
– Utilize Canva to design eye-catching graphics for social media campaigns.
– Stay updated on Canva features and tools to enhance content creation.
3. Social Media Management:
– Schedule and post content on various social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
4. Advertising Campaigns:
– Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
5. Collaboration:
– Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.
– Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in Social Media Marketing.
– Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, etc.).
– Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging captions and content.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
