loves planning, organising and executing marketing activities.

ABOUT GROWFACTOR

GrowFactor is a unique, award-winning, Chartered Accounting firm in the UK who are looking for a qualified marketing manager to work remotely, providing marketing support to the CEO.

The firm has based it’s offshore team in the Philippines for the last 5 years and are looking to expand the team. Now offering you the opportunity to work from home or a remote office under direct supervision of the UK team. Save time by not having to commute to a city office.

We help business owners master their finances, reduce their taxes and grow their Companies.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Send a daily report of marketing activities
2. Collaborate with CEO and Video / Graphic Designer
3. Post social media content on all platforms
4. Measure the success of every social media
campaign
5. Setup and run ads via facebook ads
6. Project manage the marketing plan and social media calendar in Asana / google sheets
7. Generate ideas for content and marketing activities
8. Send emails using active campaign
9. Project manage Podcast (files, guests, diary etc)
10. Built out landing pages and funnels in Leadpages
11. Reaching out to followers via DMs

Newbies are welcome but you do need to have excellent
English skills. It’s also important that you know how to use
the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an
expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar
with most of them.
? Web research using search engines like Google, IE,
Bing, etc
? Gmail and other email applications
? Google Docs
? Google Sheets
? Google Slides
? Google Calendar
? Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp,
Telegram, Slack, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc
? Project management software (Basecamp, Trello,
Asana, Evernote, Google Docs)
? Landing page software (leadpages, clickfunnels etc)
? Google analytics
? WordPress or other website management tools
? Facebook Advertising

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise
from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help
you:

1. Planning marketing campaigns
2. Building funnels
3. Managing social media calendars and posting

This is a full-time position
Work hours are weekdays flexible
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the
6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All
Souls Day
