Job Description: Social Media & Marketing Manager

As the Social Media & Marketing Manager, your role is to support the client in his two business ventures: recruiting agents to his brokerage through YouTube videos and social media outreach, and capturing web-based buyer and seller leads for his real estate business by publishing articles on his blog. Your responsibilities will include content creation and production, website and social media data tracking, article writing, and creating systems for content calendar management.

Core Responsibilities:
Content creation and production for social media platforms and blog articles.
Tracking website and social media analytics to measure performance.
Writing engaging articles for the blog to attract web-based leads.
Developing systems for content calendar management and scheduling.
Utilizing tools like Loomly, Instagram, YouTube, Streamyard, Easy Agent Pro, Optimonk, Click to view, and Adobe Premiere for content creation and distribution.

Must-Have Skills:
Graphic design software proficiency
Copywriting skills with a focus on human connection
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing

Understanding or experience in journalism / blogging
Availability to work part-time (20 hrs/week) with a flexible schedule.
Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.

Availability: Part-Time (20 hrs/week,180hrs/month)with potential to increase to FT
Schedule: FLEXIBLE / TBD (EST)
