Social Media marketing Manager

Attention all Marketing Rockstars! The position is for a REAL ESTATE & MINISTRY SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER. kNOWLEDGE OF THE BIBLE & REAL ESTATE REQUIRED.
We are currently seeking an experienced social media marketer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and who deeply understands social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
As our new Social Media Marketing Manager, you will manage our online presence across all platforms, create compelling content, and write effective copy that engages and converts our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in social media marketing, with experience creating and executing successful campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Tik Tok and YouTube
• Write copy that is compelling, on-brand, and optimized for engagement and conversions
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to continuously improve campaigns and drive results
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our company’s social media presence remains innovative and competitive
Qualifications:
• Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns
• Strong writing skills with experience creating copy that engages and converts
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Recurpost or Buffer
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
