Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Management: Oversee and manage all social media accounts using Sprout Social.
Content Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Engagement: Foster and manage online interactions, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize engagement.
Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the creative team to ensure cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
Marketing Strategy Enhancement: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and enhance overall marketing strategies.
Consultation Role: Provide insights and recommendations for transformative changes within our marketing department.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, preferably with experience using Sprout Social.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Expertise in Digital Marketing: Must be considered a leading expert in the field of digital marketing.
Lead Generation: Expected to generate 50 to 100 digital leads monthly.
Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in consulting or advisory roles within marketing departments.
Strong project management skills.
