At reFOCUS, we empower real estate agents to become local market leaders through cutting-edge marketing strategies. We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in engaging, growing, and converting our clients’ digital audiences.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity, goals, and target audience.
– Create and curate engaging content across various social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
– Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive social media identity.
– Manage the social media marketing budget and investments.
– Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
– Oversee the creation of advertisements for social media, including paid advertising.

Required Skills:
– Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
– Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
– Strong understanding of social media metrics and data analysis.
– Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
– Ability to deliver creative content ideas.
– Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.

Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
– Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
