Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Manager with expertise in Instagram and TikTok to join our dynamic team. The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies for clients within our marketing and video production agency.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
3. Exceptional creative skills with the ability to produce high-quality, shareable content.
4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and experience using insights to refine strategies.
5. Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
8. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
9. Passion for social media and a demonstrated track record of staying ahead of trends.
10. Prior experience with successful influencer partnerships is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management:
– Create compelling, high-quality visual and written content for Instagram and TikTok that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
– Manage a content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely postings while monitoring engagement and making necessary adjustments.

2. Audience Engagement:
– Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful conversations.
– Develop and implement strategies to grow our follower base organically, leveraging relevant hashtags, collaborations, and interactive content.

3. Performance Analytics:
– Track and analyze the performance of our Instagram and TikTok accounts using relevant metrics and tools.
– Generate regular reports, identifying key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

4. Collaborations and Partnerships:
– Identify potential influencers, brand partners, and collaboration opportunities on Instagram and TikTok to expand our reach and connect with our target audience.

5. Optimization:
– Continuously optimize our social media campaigns, including A/B testing, to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
– Experiment with new features and ad formats offered by these platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
