Job Description

This is a marketing position that requires a skilled technician to strategize and implement advertising campaigns on social media platforms, Facebook and Instagram primarily, to hit aggressive marketing objectives and business goals for clients.

Responsibilities:
Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy
Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
Managing a budget to be spent on social media advertising
Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
Collaborating with colleagues from across departments including designers to ensure branding is consistent
Meeting with clients. These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
Communicate with clients and internal teams to understand their organization’s brand and social media strategy
Manage and resolve incoming client questions and communications through our ticketing system and phone system
Keep track of time spent on support requests, and input time to our billing system

Requirements:
Proficient using Meta Ads Manager, experience managing partner connections in business settings a plus.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
1-3 years of social media advertising experience.
Knowledge of and an interest in the methods organizations use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity.
Knowledge of advertising design theories and best practices to advise the development of ad designs in relation to campaigns.
A keen eye for good design aesthetics and implementing consistent design standards.
Solid understanding of basic computer functions.
Access site analytics platforms to build reports and deliver insights and opportunities based on independent data analysis.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues in user-friendly language to non-technical end users
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
Available to work primarily between 8 am and 5 pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday
Fluent in English; ability to read, write and speak
