Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly driven, versatile, and well-organised Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team.

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with our team in Sydney, Australia to play a crucial role in driving overall digital brand growth across various channels of communication.

The Role:
• Collaborate with our team to create, monitor, and refine omni-channel digital marketing strategies.
• Create and optimise web content to boost SEO and improve user engagement.
• Develop and monitor social media posts and create graphic visuals, videos, and blogs.
• Maintain an email newsletter listing and create and execute strong email marketing campaign briefs.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on different channels. This includes managing paid and organic search optimisation.
• Consistently monitor and manage campaign media scheduling and budgeting.
• Monitor and provide digital marketing metrics reports, providing recommendations for consistent growth. This includes having a technical understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ad Manager and other metric reports.

The Candidate must have:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Digital marketing specialisation is preferred.
• Extensive understanding of digital marketing campaign strategies including paid and organic search optimisation, email marketing, social media marketing, SMS marketing and more.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Technical expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and more.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with a team and create campaign briefs.
• Extensive copywriting understanding and experience. Graphic design experience is also preferred.
• Strong organisational ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently, while collaborating with our team.
