Social Media Marketing Manager | Virtual Assistant

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Ottawa is seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our team as a virtual assistant with a specialization in social media marketing. This position will involve a blend of administrative tasks and you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative professional.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*General Virtual Assistant Tasks:*
– Handle administrative duties such as email management, scheduling, and data entry.
– Assist in HR-related tasks, including recruitment support, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
– Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
– Manage calendars and appointments, and assist in organizing meetings.

*Social Media Marketing Management Tasks:*
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
– Create engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions.
– Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to optimize strategies and campaigns.
– Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative ideas for social media initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
-Demonstrated expertise in social media management and marketing.
-Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
-Proficiency in content creation tools and social media management tools.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft engaging content.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
