We are a fitness software startup company that is working on changing the online fitness industry and how personal trainers interact with their online clients.

We believe in helping certified personal trainers by teaching them how to evolve their careers into a profession with the use of our education and software while bringing clarity through our marketplace to clients looking for an online personal trainer. We are in the business of forever changing the online personal training/health coaching industry.

We are looking to add a Social Media Manager with the ability to create unique enticing content for our social media channels as well as plan, execute and collaborate with creators to increase brand awareness and retention. Our social media platforms are Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Collaborate with the team in creating social media plans and campaigns
2. Manage all social media accounts and content calendar
3. Social Media writing such as engaging CTAs, hashtags, and caption that resonates with the content posted
4. Image and video content creation optimized for each social media platform (it is a plus if you can design and edit your own videos and graphics, but not a 100% requirement as we have an inhouse designer. It is required that you are able to make excellent enticing & engaging content)
5. Daily social media and community engagement activities
6. Research recent trends and strategies on social media to implement for optimal brand reach

Additionally, you should have a keen interest or knowledge of fitness as the brand aims to deliver an authentic and engaging posts that will inspire users in their fitness journey.

We expect you to know how to manage all social media accounts, plan content to post and create content that resonates with the brand and its users.

Ideally other see you as a charismatic and sociable individual that knows how to communicate well with other and understands the art of winning friends and influencing people.

Initially, you will work with the CEO & Project Manager to develop a social media content strategy for each platform. Once strategies have been finalized, you will work on the content creation process and content planning to prepare for execution.

This position is for someone who is looking to work full-time for multiple years and grow within our company by learning new skills and adding value to your work by applying the new skill learned along the way.
