Virtual Colleague under Shoutout Digital Group is currently looking for a talented Social Media/Marketing Specialist VA to join our team and support a renowned writer, author, and motivational speaker.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribing voice records
• Creating engaging online content, including YouTube reels
• Conducting research and analytics to improve content quality and reach
• Providing general assistance with various tasks
• Leveraging AI technology for content creation and optimisation
• Developing visual content and understanding its algorithms
• Enhancing content reach and effectiveness through technology
• Marketing and promoting a soon-to-be-published book, including strategies to increase sales, achieve high ratings on Amazon, and explore other marketing avenues

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and marketing
• Strong understanding of AI and its applications in content creation
• Ability to create compelling visual content
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and strategies to maximise reach
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective communication and organisational skills
• Proactive and adaptable with a passion for continuous learning
