Job Description

We seek a dynamic Social Media and Marketing Specialist focusing on the property finance sector. You’ll implement marketing strategies across social media platforms, manage micro-entities, and ensure a strong brand presence. Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies for property finance micro-entities.
Craft engaging content for diverse platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Analyse social media metrics, making data-driven improvements.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends in social media and digital marketing.
Optimize social media advertising campaigns for maximum impact.
Collaborate with team members to create compelling marketing materials.
Track and report on social media metrics regularly.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in property finance.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising features.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
