Job Description:

Direct Improvements is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist with a passion for creating captivating content and generating leads in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive results through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads for residential and commercial HVAC services.
– Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to the target audience and platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles, including content scheduling, community engagement, and reputation management.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions, contests, and campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
– Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
– Analyze key performance metrics and user engagement data to optimize campaigns and track ROI.
– Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing, lead generation, and the HVAC industry.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Proven track record of success in social media marketing, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
– Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
– Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools.
