Social Media Marketing Specialist Bilingual for Truck Dispatching Service

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and have experience creating and managing social media campaigns for a truck dispatching service. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive customer engagement and growth for our business.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies that drive customer engagement and growth for our truck dispatching service
Create and curate content about the trucking industry in both English and Spanish
Develop a content calendar and schedule daily posts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Tik Tok , and Instagram
Engage with followers and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of our campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy
Requirements:

Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in social media marketing, preferably in the trucking industry
Excellent writing skills and the ability to create engaging and relevant content in both English and Spanish
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Tik Tok, and Instagram
Knowledge of social media management tools
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
