Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working remotely and should be adept at organizing your tasks and time.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Define most important social media KPIs.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, particularly with TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Solid understanding of content management.
Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
