Job Summary:
The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to grow and engage the company’s online community. This role involves planning, creating, and managing content on various social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Must be knowledgeable with LinkedIN, Twitter and Facebook. Must know one scheduling app.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
Create and implement a social media marketing strategy in alignment with the overall marketing and business goals.
Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly.
Content Creation:
Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Ensure consistency in the brand voice and messaging.
Community Management:
Build and maintain a strong online presence by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries or issues.
Monitor brand mentions and conversations related to the industry or company.
Audience Growth:
Increase the number of followers and engagement through organic and paid strategies.
Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach.
Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and creative development.
Stay Updated:

Keep up with industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging social media platforms.
Apply best practices to stay competitive.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and an eye for design.
Strong project management skills.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding social media and online marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
