We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist who is passionate about interior design and home improvement to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of our social media strategy with a primary focus on Pinterest and Instagram to boost our online presence, increase customer engagement, and support our marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
– Collaborate closely with our small but high-performing team to plan, create, and schedule engaging content, with a special emphasis on creating high-performing Pinterest-optimized content.
– Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase visibility and traffic across all platforms, with a particular focus on Pinterest and Instagram. Explore other potential channels as well.
– Create and edit written, video, and photo content.
– Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
– Analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and posts, generating insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
– Keep up-to-date with home improvement and interior design trends and competitor activities.
– Lead broader digital marketing efforts as needed, including potential involvement in email marketing and content creation.
Qualifications:
– Fluent/Native in English – C2 Level.
– At least 2 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role. Demonstrable experience with Pinterest is a must.
– Interest and/or experience in interior design and home improvement sectors are a big plus.
– Proficiency with Pinterest and Instagram. Familiarity with other social media platforms is a plus.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong creative skills with an eye for aesthetics and compelling visuals. Experience in creating high-performing infographics is a significant plus.
– Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
– Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media metrics.
– Experience with social media scheduling tools, photo and video editing software, and analytics tools is a must.
