Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create campaigns that resonate with them.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Content Creation:
Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals.
Community Management:
Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage customer feedback.
Foster a positive community and add value to user interactions.
Advertising Campaigns:
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Optimize ad spend and targeting to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
Generate regular reports to measure the success of social media efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and partnerships.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative marketing ideas.
SEO and SEM:
Utilize SEO strategies to enhance social media content visibility.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure social media efforts support search engine rankings.
Implement SEM techniques to boost social media advertising performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
Strong understanding of social media metrics, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Invideo AI, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
