Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Social Media Marketing Specialist/Virtual Assistant to our client in managing digital presence across three different companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for website management, social media coordination, content creation, and calendar management. This role requires someone with strong editing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Maintain and update three websites:
Ensure all content is current, accurate, and engaging.
Perform regular site audits to fix broken links, update images, and improve SEO.
Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and manage content across multiple social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules.
Monitor social media analytics and provide weekly reports on performance metrics.
Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers as needed.
Ensure all content is approved by the client before posting.
Content Creation and Video Editing:
Assist in the creation and editing of content for podcasts, social media, and websites.
Edit videos and podcasts to ensure high-quality production standards.
Collaborate on content ideas and strategies to increase engagement and reach.
Calendar Management:
Manage and organize three calendars across three companies
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring there are no conflicts.
Send reminders and confirmations for upcoming engagements.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in website management (Wix, SquareSpace) and social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
Strong content creation and video editing skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Graphic design skills for creating engaging visuals.
Knowledge of podcast production and editing.
