Social Media Marketing Specialist w/ Experience

Employment type: Part-time / project-based (with an option to switch to Full-time based on performance and growing business opportunities)

Job description:
I own an online marketing business. My virtual team is small and closely knit but every position is critical and everyone’s input is valued. Most importantly, our company culture is focused on growing fast, making more impact and helping more people . . .

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist (SMM):
– Someone to work alongside the team virtually (20-30 hrs./week)
– Must fit company culture (company values include communication, growth and integrity)
– Social Media (SM) management (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Linkedin)
– Proactive in getting vital SM tasks done to grow the business
– Processes / SOPs / guidelines creation for SM tasks
– Key metrics tracking and improvement strategies for SM performance
– Adhoc Tasks

Our ultimate goal is to build the right audience (ideal prospective clients who are highly engaged and will invest into our programs) for our program launches.

Examples of SMM tasks:
Analyze competitors
Analyze target audience
Create visual branding
Research content
Posting
Repurpose content (old IG account, TikTok to IG reels, my other original content (emails, podcasts, coaching calls, etc.), other experts)
Edit photos
Edit videos
Engage audience
The ideal person we are looking for is:
Can work from 9 am Eastern – 4 pm Eastern
Fluent in English
Demonstrates initiative and being proactive
Organized, structured, schedule, plan and system-oriented
Has great analytical and critical thinking skills
Awesome team player who enjoys working with other people
Excellent with numbers, analytics and business processes
Has high attention to details and ability to connect the dots
Hard-working and goal and results oriented
Efficient, gets things DONE!

Compensation:
Starting rate is $4 with 90 days of probation.
