Social Media & Marketing VA

Are you an ambitious and creative individual with a passion for social media? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our Real Estate Financial Solutions Company . In addition, this role will involve implementing effective email marketing campaigns for the company. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with at least 1 year of experience in producing social media campaigns and email marketing, who can thrive in both a team environment and working independently.

Responsibilities:

– Take charge of developing and implementing dynamic social media strategies for our Real Estate Financial Solutions.
– Show off your creativity by crafting engaging and captivating content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
– Engage with our customers by monitoring and promptly responding to comments and inquiries on social media
– Stay ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, using them to elevate our brand’s online presence
– Collaborate with the owner to execute powerful email marketing campaigns.
– Analyze social media and email marketing performance metrics, providing valuable insights to optimize our strategies
– Be an active participant in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas to our overall marketing and branding initiatives

Requirements:

– Minimum 1 year of experience in producing social media campaigns – email marketing would be advantageous
– Proficiency in using various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn
– MUST HAVE Graphic Design Experience – Canva, Adobe illustrator, Photoshop
– Email marketing + Content marketing Experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong creativity and ability to generate engaging content
– Part Time hours
– Available to work Pacific Time (PDT)
