Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy, aligning with our business goals and sales objectives

Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, social media, and display advertising) to ensure brand consistency

Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare a budget based on forecasts

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

Develop specific campaigns for real estate listings and other services to generate leads and improve sales

Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum three years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google/Bing Ads, Social Media Management, data software (databases, spreadsheets), and CRM software. • Familiarity with web design and HTML. • Understanding of real estate market trends and best practices. • Strong analytical and project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong desire to help people by mentoring and providing valuable services and information.
