Social Media Marketing Virtual Assistant

Are you a creative mastermind who loves all things social media and marketing? Do you enjoy wearing multiple hats and juggling tasks? Look no further, we are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and help businesses thrive!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter), creating eye-catching graphics using Canva, and helping with blog editing and SEO. Additionally, you will assist with online advertising campaigns and have experience with SEM.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented person who is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. As a Virtual Assistant for Social Media and Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of industries and learn new things every day.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with social media content creation and scheduling on multiple platforms
– Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms (very minimal)
– Collaborate with our marketing team on digital campaigns
– Create and edit blog posts in WordPress
– Optimize blog posts for search engines (SEO)
– Create and monitor Google Ads campaigns
– Conduct keyword research for SEO and SEM purposes
– Create and monitor Social Media Ads campaigns
– Create graphics and designs using Canva
– Edit videos for social media including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
– Work US business hours

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant for social media and marketing
– Strong knowledge of Canva, Google Ads, Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter), WordPress, blog editing, SEO, SEM, and online ads
– Fluent in English
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Provide Portfolio for social media graphics, reels, videos, and posts (content)
– Provide video introducing yourself answering these 3 questions:
1. What do you see as your 3 strongest attributes?
2. Why are you suited for this position?
