***Prior experience as a virtual assistant is REQUIRED, if you do not have VA experience, please do not apply.

***Prior experience in a social media/marketing role is preferred.

***Basic video editing skills are preferred.

***Audio editing skills (for podcasts with a platform like Audacity or similar) are preferred, but not required.

Job Details:
We are looking to fill a virtual assistant role that will consist of social media management, video editing, posting content, editing a podcast, researching and creating content for blogs via ChatGPT, and other admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Social Media Management
-post content across multiple platforms
-reply to comments
-manage posting schedule
-come up with content ideas
-research and implement best practices for content views and engagement

2. Video Editing:
-edit podcast
-create clips from podcast to use as social media posts

3. Podcast Audio Editing:
-Use a platform called Audacity to edit the audio of a podcast (Audacity or similar audio editing experience preferred)

4. SEO Blog Post Research:
-use ChatGPT and other tools to research and create articles for seo

5. Email Marketing:
-Send out email blasts
-must have experience using email marketing platforms (such as Aweber, Mailchimp or similar).

5. Administrative Support:
-general admin tasks that may pop up (sending emails, research, data entry, etc.)

Basic Requirements:
-Must have a college/university degree
-Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)
-Must have organizational skills
-Must have good grammar
-Must have proficient computer skills
-Good communication skills
-Be willing and open to learn
-Be open to feedback and constructive criticism
-Must be able to ask questions when confused
-Be a problem solver
-Have patience
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
-Attention to detail.

Detailed Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a virtual assistant.
-Experience in social media management, posting content, editing a podcast, researching content for blogs is preferred.

Technical Qualifications:
-Must have a good internet connection
-Must have a computer
-Must have a headset
-Google suite proficient: gmail, sheets, docs, slides, etc.
-Microsoft 365 proficient: Word, Outlook, etc.
-Audacity or similar audio editing software experience preferred
-Video editing experience preferred
-Chat GBT proficient
-Email marketing software experience (Aweber, mailchimp, or similar)

Salary and Details:
This is a part-time work from home role for a U.S. company: 20 hours per week.

The pay is $4.50 an hour.

Guaranteed 1 year raise (mininum 10%-20%).

The hours are Mon-Fri 10am-2pm CST (Eastern standard time). That is a 12 hour time difference from you-10pm-2am Philippine time would be the converted schedule for you.

***Important: if you have another job that conflicts with this schedule, please do not apply. Your screen will be tracked (Time Doctor software) so if it is discovered that you are working 2 jobs during the same schedule, you will end up wasting your time and ours.

Start date: around March 17th-March 22nd.

You will be an independent contractor. You are paid only for hours worked, time off is unpaid. You will get paid via Payoneer every 2 weeks.
