**Role Overview:**

As our Social Media Marketing VA, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our presence on Twitter. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our community, from eye-catching visuals and videos to compelling tweets that capture the essence of our brand and the web3 spirit.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Assist to develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy for Twitter, aligning with our brand’s voice and objectives.
– Craft engaging tweets, threads, and campaigns that increase engagement, following, and overall brand awareness.
– (not compulsory)Create and edit visuals and short videos tailored for Twitter, ensuring content is both informative and entertaining.
– Stay up-to-date with web3 trends, meme culture, and relevant hashtags to keep our content fresh and relatable.
– Monitor analytics to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant discussions.
– Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency across all platforms and campaigns.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on Twitter while Tiktok & INS as plus.
– A solid understanding of web3, blockchain technology, and the crypto community.
– Ability to capture the brand’s tone and voice through creative and original content.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
– Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for meme culture and digital engagement.
– (PLUS) Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.

**Nice to Have:**

– Previous experience or a strong interest in the gaming or NFT sectors.
– An active and engaging Twitter presence with a track record of growth hacking strategies.
