Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
– Content Creation: Posts on social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This includes writing captions, piecing together provided visuals, and scheduling posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
– Community Engagement: Monitor our social media accounts, respond to comments and messages promptly, and engage with followers to build relationships and grow our community.
– Brand Management: Ensure our brand’s voice and messaging are consistent across all social media platforms. Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty through social media interactions.
– Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights. Use data to optimize content strategy and improve engagement metrics.
– Event Promotion: Post and manage event listings on platforms like Eventbrite, coordinating with our events team to ensure accurate and compelling event descriptions and timely updates.
– Possible Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media or google campaigns that align with our overall marketing objectives and promotions.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
– Excellent written communication skills.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.
– Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
– Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing is a plus.
