We are a Social Media Company that targets US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We will provide you with leads and it’s your responsibility to close them on the service/product. You will be handling the social media accounts and play a crucial role in engaging users authentically while fostering a positive atmosphere with them. Responsibilities:
– Engage in meaningful and authentic conversation: acting as a friendly and have a relatable presence. Be prepared to answer questions and negotiate to close the potential lead.
– Create Positive Experiences: Facilitate interactions that contribute to a positive and enjoyable environment for our clients. They should feel as if you are engaged and willing to help them with any issues that arise
– Encourage Engagement: Promote active participation by initiating conversations, responding to messages, and generating interest. Adapt to various communication styles based on the specific lead.

Requirements:
– English – native or C1.
– Ability to adapt and maintain consistent and engaging personas.
– Discretion and respect for user privacy and confidentiality.
– Stable internet connection and personal laptop or computer.
– Flexibility in your schedule. (Must be okay with working at night time PHT)
