We are a rapidly growing coaching group specializing in digital marketing services based in Washington DC, and we are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Moderator to join our Sales Force team.
Are you a social media whiz with a talent for turning online connections into valuable leads? Do you have a knack for identifying and engaging with potential customers on social platforms? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Social Media Moderator to join our team and drive our social media engagements to new heights.
Responsibilities:
-Utilize social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to identify and target potential customers within our target audience.
-Research and stay updated on industry-specific trends and discussions to properly discuss any topic that will lead a person to be a potential customer
-Initiate and maintain conversations by commenting on other people’s posts, responding to their comments, and sending personalized messages that are related to our niche.
-Building a friendly relationship with someone when engaging who can be a potential customer and introduce them to our products/services.
-Collaborate with the content team to develop and share engaging and informative content that resonates with potential customers.
-Share and promote relevant content in a way that encourages interaction and interest to join the FB group.
-Build and maintain accurate records of interactions and engagement.
-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement and sales efforts on social media.
-Provide regular reports on metrics and insights to inform our social media lead generation strategy.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in social media engagement, moderator, digital marketing, or a related role.
-Strong understanding of various social media platforms
-Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to craft compelling and personalized outreach messages.
-Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL)
-Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure the success of the conversation.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
