Social Media, Online Store, and Inventory Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Social Media, Online Store, and Inventory Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce website, and managing our inventory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences, experience managing an online store, and expertise in inventory management.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals
Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok and Pinterest
Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Analyze social media metrics and adjust the strategy as needed to improve engagement and reach
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce website, including managing the product catalog, monitoring inventory levels, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers and logistics providers, and optimizing the website’s user experience. Shopee,Tiktokshop and Weebly
Develop and implement an inventory management strategy that ensures timely delivery of products to customers while minimizing inventory costs
Monitor inventory levels and make purchasing recommendations to ensure optimal inventory levels
Analyze inventory data and adjust the strategy as needed to optimize inventory turnover and minimize waste

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in social media management, online store management, and inventory management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
Experience using ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices
