We are looking for an experienced editor in photos and videos to ensure they align with the brand and aesthetic of the fitness model: /notkatiele/ or @notkatiele
Collaborate with the model to understand her vision and preferences for editing style.
Enhance image and video quality using editing software while maintaining a natural and polished look.
Manage and organize media files effectively.
Requirements:
MUST CLOCK IN AND OUT OF HUBSTAFF *YOUR PAY WILL BE DETERMINED BY THOSE HOURS. HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE BUT 40HRS A WEEK IS A MINIMUM
Bi-weekly payment every 1st and 15th of the month
You will be given a soft week in which you will be compensated $100 before working full-time.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro).
Understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and trends in visual content. Also to edit videos to optimize the algorithm in each unique platform.
Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction well.
Creative flair and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You must have a good stable internet connection over 50 Mbps which we will investigate.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with fitness or lifestyle influencers.
Knowledge of color grading and retouching techniques.
