We are a Consulting Company based in Hong Kong, currently recruiting a Social Media & Pipeline Manager on behalf of our client.
Our client is the founder of Bluewater Cruising – a coaching company based in Bali, with the mission of helping aspiring sailors find the confidence and clarity to change their life and live the Bluewater Cruising Dream.
As the Social Media & Pipeline Manager , your goal is to assist in growing the company through managing the performance and growth of their Facebook Group, followed by managing the pipeline through keeping track of CRM data and communicating with team members in the marketing and sales department.

The responsibilities of this role involves:
> Social media management – Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on our social media platforms to build meaningful connections and foster a positive brand image.
> Organic Content analytics and reporting – Tracking and analyzing social media metrics such as audience growth, reactions, comments, leads generated, calls booked…etc.
> Paid media analytics and reporting – Tracking and analyzing metrics such as CPM, CPL, Leads generated, CPA …etc
> Publishing and managing content on Facebook and email
> Prospecting – Sending connection requests, outreach messages, follow ups and responding to replies from leads & prospects generated through social media engagement and social community growth.
> Market research – Compile data collected from comments, conversations and calls received from audience and potential clients.
> Manage the sales pipeline and keep track of sales performance data accurately on GoHighLevel CRM
> Collaborate closely with the founder, marketing team and sales team to optimize brand growth, lead generation and sales performance.
Key measures of progress you’ll be responsible for:
> Growth and performance of Facebook Group
> Making sure pipeline data is all tracked and up to date on GoHighLevel CRM
> Make sure sales and content data is tracked and up to date on Google Sheet dashboard
> Social media content being published on time and performing.
> Number of meaningful conversations started with audiences & leads
Skills required to qualify:
> Amazing english writing skills
> Excellent communication skills with clients and prospects
> Experience in outreaches and social media audience interaction
> Proficient in operating Facebook and Instagram accounts, with understanding of the algorithm
> Experience in email inbox management
> Experience in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
> Experience in operating CRMs. (I.e. GoHighLevel, Clickfunnels 2.0)
> Prior experience managing leads and social accounts of online businesses
> High attention to detail and hold high standards to quality of work
> Display honesty, integrity, responsiveness, coachability, and self-motivation to serve & contribute.
Throughout your engagement, you’ll receive the opportunity to work with an established coaching company and gain experience working alongside a high performing team.
Shift times:
> 8am to 5pm Philippines time. M-F
> Extra hours depending on client demand
Travel: Not required
Rate:
> Hourly rate starting from 4 USD / hour
> Pay rise potential according to experience and performance
