Social Media/Podcast Editing/Graphic Design SUPERSTAR VA!

Hi! I’m Sam. I’m a busy working Mum of 2 girls in Australia looking to finally build my business and launch an online program in the public speaking space this year.

I am looking for a VA who is SMART, FAST, FRIENDLY and hard working. Someone who can speak and write good English is essential. Someone who has a keen eye for creating and maintaining a stand out brand and the desire to help someone succeed in their business. You must be TECH SAVVY having used CRM’s, podcast platforms and graphic design platforms previously. I am looking for a VA who thinks outside of the box and has the confidence to offer their own ideas! You will be joining a start up, so it will just be you and me at this stage!

I have a variety of tasks that I require help with, so you must be someone who can switch between tasks and do what is required to do to meet deadlines and priorities. Not all of these tasks will be required immediately.

They include:
1. Landing Page Design
– create beautifully designed and converting landing pages for products
– set up payment plans and tripwires for products
– create branded graphics for landing pages
– create email funnels and assist with email writing/layout

2. Social Media Management
– design and execute an on brand Insta, Facebook, Youtube, Threads feed
– hashtag research to increase reach
– manage a hashtag excel spreadsheet and conduct ongoing hashtag analysis
– map out a targeted social media plan that you can execute and communicate back to me, providing fortnightly updates

3. Podcast
– support with launching a podcast
– create a podcast cover page
– create a podcast landing page
– MANAGE PODCAST UPLOAD AND EDITING PROCESS

4. Graphic Design
– create landing page art work
– create a brand suite, including mood board, logo, fonts, graphics, elements
– create on brand worksheets for course

5. Content Creation/Video Editing
– Editing podcast content
– Converting podcast video’s into You Tube content and Instagram reels/stories

6. Email Automation
– streamline my email funnel from multiple downloads, set up an RSS feed

7. Project Management
– utilise an online project management system (Monday)

8. Course Platform Management
– upload videos/worksheets to course platform
– set up a course platform
