You will be doing a variety of tasks, all of which I will create tutorials for you.
Somethings I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is,
*Collecting names, emails and phone numbers off facebook
*Warming up Facebook Acccounts (I’ll show you how to do this, also very easy)
*Joining facebook groups with provided facebook accounts
*Posting pre-written scrips onto facebook (I’ll show you how to do this, also very easy)
*Responding to facebook posts (I’ll show you how to do this, also very easy)
*Easy Social Media Tasks
*Sending and responding to facebook messenger messages
*Posting on Social Media
*Commenting, Joining, Liking and messaging people on Facebook
*Must be able to work anytime from 7pm to 11am Philippines time
*Full time work is 8 hrs a day

Some Social Media experience is a plus as I will have you do some of this, but I will teach you just about everything you need to know.
Pay:
$3.00 an hour, this will depend on your level of skill and bonus when we close a lead you found $200 Bonus. If you want more money you can work more hrs.
For the job I plan on starting you at good salary and there will be other bonuses as well.
Other bonuses include:
fully flexible work schedule –
13th month bonus – you will get an extra months pay at the end of the year, which will be prorated depending on how long you have been with me
Group bonus for hitting goals – I will have a bonus that the whole team gets if we hit some goals I set for my companies
Opportunity for Personal Bonus (this is TBD)

I will be having you track your time usingTime Docter since I have multiple companies, it’s a very easy system that I will explain to you. I don’t usually check it except for payment unless there is a problem in which case I would check it and usually what happens is I realize you are working hard, but the project takes longer than I thought it would.

About Me:
I own 2 different companies, Killeen House Investors is one of them. I have been working with Virtual Assistants for over 1 year and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me. We join facebook groups and post pre-written ads. You will then ask the person some questions to find out if they have a house for sale. If they do, you will ask them through messenger for there phone number and address of the property and pass the lead onto our sales team to close the deal and purchase the property.
