Social media posting Video editor graphics ability to promote my laser Lipo med spa online daily

I am the marketing manager of a laser Lipo med Spa here in Stuart Florida USA. This is our first time we are looking to hire a virtual assistant or a team from the Philippines to handle all of our internet social media marketing.

WE are looking for someone to manage others or them selves to do ALL of our video editing, creating dynamic headlines and WOW graphics, to be able to take a 45 minute video podcast by the doctors and other staff members and hack and edit and create 30 sec, 60 sec and 3 minute video pieces for Instagram Reels, YouTube stories, TikTok Shorts, individual Instagram Quote cards, blog posts on our website, understanding of how to create, and use marketing funnels to draw qualified leads and the ability to keep track of stats, follow up the leads and even book appointments using our online booking software. You must communicate in English, write proper English and manage your work with reports and feedback to our owner.

To begin you will be given a task PROVING you have the skills and know how to do this. WE will pay you to do this test.

You will take one of our videos, and go through the video and find the talking points which will be IMPORTANT to our leads, cut out this talking point 30 sec or 60 sec or 3 minute…, apply our brand logo, brand colors and consistent font, write an attention grabbing headline, create a marketing funnel, manage the leads coming into the funnel, contact those leads either using AI responses, personal texts, e-mails or Skype or getting the leads that are qualified to us via e-mail, text so the Spa doctors, spa front desk reception has the exact information to contact the lead including name of lead, phone number, e-mail or skype name if they have one.

Once you have proven to us that you have skills to be a complete virtual assistant from creation to postings to gathering the leads via marketing funnel, contacting the leads using either AI auto responders or personal phone calls, or skype and can give us the Staff the leads you are not able to contact in a timely manner including making the appointments using our online appoint portal you will be compensated in the exact amount of abilities you have.

If there are steps you are not qualified to perform ie no skills your salary will reflect less since we will have to spend our limited marketing budget with others effectively decreasing your take home money/salary.

The more skills you have to bring this from creation, posting, managing the funnel lead contact, booking, and giving the spa the leads when you cannot book the more money will be yours.
