We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media, PR, and Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing public relations efforts, and creating email marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Create engaging social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
3. Manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, pitching media, and building relationships with key journalists and influencers.
4. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and tracking metrics to optimize performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media, PR, and email marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in social media, PR, and email marketing.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media, PR, and email marketing campaigns.
– Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
– Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising is a plus.
