Social Media Proactive Engagement and Community Management

White Label Comedy is a Creative and Marketing Agency with a focus on comedy content – working for a range of clients in the UK and US.

We are looking for a Community Manager to take on “Proactive Engagement” activities on behalf of a number of clients. You will need to identify members of each brand’s potential target audience, and interact with them in a meaningful way “as” the brand in order build rapport.

This is not a sales role – the most important goal here isn’t sales – it’s simply building relationships. You will do this by engaging in existing conversations about topics that are relevant to our audience – following a framework that we’ll teach you.

You will need need to be able take part in these conversations in a meaningful way in order to build rapport – so an ability to quickly absorb and understand new topics and ideas is essential. An exceptional level of written English will also be crucial.

You’ll need to be self-motivated, organised and accountable – you won’t be micromanaged on a daily basis, yet our expectations for speed and quality will remain high and we’ll be relying on you to push yourself to meet (or exceed) those expectations every week.

Our core team is based in the UK and we work UK office hours. In order to maximise crossover, we’d ideally like someone who can work 7am to 4pm UK time (3pm to midnight your local time – with an hour’s break taken at your convenience). We would be open to an earlier start / finish time for the right candidate.

An ongoing, full time role is available for the right person – with a fairly immediate start.
