Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as a Virtual Assistant, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our clients’ digital presence across various social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in social media publishing, project management, and technological proficiency, while working in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in managing social media accounts and digital content.
Proficiency in social media management tools, project management software (ClickUp, Asana), Slack or similar communication tools, Dropbox, LastPass or other password managers, and Google Workspace.
Strong commitment to project management efficiency, with the ability to keep projects up-to-date in real-time.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take direction, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive under pressure during peak seasons.
Internet speeds of 30mbps
Responsibilities:

Manage and publish content across social media platforms using tools like META’s publishing tool, Metricool, and others.
Maintain and manage project timelines and tasks using project management software such as ClickUp or Asana.
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager, providing updates and insights, and adapting to evolving strategies.
Stay on top of the latest trends in social media, especially in publication techniques, to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Engage daily on different social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and impactful online presence for our clients.
Handle flexible working hours, on occasion sporadic evenings and weekends, to align with client needs and time-sensitive projects.

Hours of work are 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time(GMT-05), with a 1 hour lunch.
