We are seeking a talented and dynamic Content Researcher Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in discovering and analyzing trends, topics, and information that can propel our clients’ content to viral status. Your research will lay the foundation for our writers to craft compelling scripts that resonate with our clients’ brand voice and audience.

Required Skills and Experience:

1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing Research or a related field.
Proficiency in using Notion for data management, ClickUp for project management, Metricool for social media analytics, Slack for communication, and Dropbox for file management.
Internet Speed of 30mbps.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication, reading, and writing skills.
Proactive in learning new research techniques and methods.
Technological proficiency in conducting diverse online research.
A commitment to producing high-quality, impactful research.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to identify trending topics, questions, and information relevant to our clients’ goals.
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to align research with client-specific inspirations and brand voice.
Participate in client sessions to directly gather insights and inspiration for content development.
Manage and organize research data in Notion, ensuring clarity and ease of access for the team.
Provide well-researched content ideas to the Social Media Manager and writers.
Maintain active communication with team members via Slack during working hours.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and adapt research methods accordingly.
Ensure high accuracy and reliability in research by diligently fact-checking and using trusted sources.

Hours of work are 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time(GMT-05), with a 1 hour lunch.

KPIs:
Generation of content ideas that successfully go viral.
Maintenance of clean, readable, and well-organized research documents in Notion.
Applicants must also speak and write English well, and have strong communication skills.
