I am seeking someone with at least one year of experience creating high-quality reels who knows how to create hooks that will grab attention. Creativity is a must. Include at least five samples of what you can create in your application.

About Us:

We are a marketing consulting firm seeking a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging video content and has a knack for driving engagement. This role requires creativity, social media savvy, and managing content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities: Produce and post at least 20 pieces of content per week. It also includes engaging on social media to build a community.

1. Video Content Creation: Creativity is a must when creating reels. This includes selecting the best footage, editing, and creating short videos suitable for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

2. Positing content: Post daily content across three platforms: YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook, with the goal of driving views on Reels and Shorts.

3. Caption Writing: Craft captivating and engaging captions for each post to enhance viewer engagement and action.

4. Content Calendar Management: Organize and schedule all video content in a content calendar with a consistent and strategic content flow.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation, with a portfolio of previous work.
– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar effectively.
– Creative thinker who can propose innovative ways to present video content.
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
– Hours are flexible for doing the behind-the-scenes work, but you must be available to post and engage during U.S. hours.
