**SOCIAL MEDIA SALES REP**

**Schedule:** 48-hour work week (4-hour shift + break + 4-hour shift) + Overtime as required

**Starting salary:** $2 per hour + 2% commission + split bonus of revenue among team members

*Payment: Bi-weekly*

*Benefits: Weekly day off + 15 days of paid vacation per year + sick leave*

*Overtime pay: Calculated as 50% of your hourly rate*

We are a highly successful sales agency selling information products through direct messages for well-known influencers.

Your role is to give your best effort, even without previous experience. You will receive comprehensive training and guidance throughout the sales process.

The job is easy to learn and understand if you have a high level of English proficiency and knowledge of Western culture, enabling you to build strong relationships with our customers.

**Requirements**

– C1 level of proficiency in English
– Stable internet connection and backup mobile data
– PC or Laptop meeting the following specifications: 64-bit processor, 8GB RAM, Windows 8 or higher / Mac OS X 10.9 or higher, 256GB of available storage space
– Working microphone
– Typing speed of 55 words per minute
