Social Media Sales Strategist / Marketer

Wallbuddy is a growing wall art business based in Ireland. We are looking for an experienced Social Media/Ecommerce Marketing Manager who can manage and optimize our Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, X and Facebook channels and help us drive sales of our products through our social platforms. We are looking for a person who can develop and implement an online marketing strategy for our business.

**Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Creating new posts on a daily basis, ensuring follower growth, reach and engagement
1. Managing paid Social Media campaigns
2. Creating new campaigns for new products we launch – about 50 new products a year
3. Crafting and implementing a Social Media strategy for our business
4. Reaching out to and developing connections with influencers in the home decor/design space

**Required Technical Skills**

To qualify for this position you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in the following:
1. Extensive experience in Social Media Management with a proven track record of increasing engagement and growing sales.
2. Fluency in English, written and verbal is absolutely essential for this job.
3. Solid knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Facebook, as well as experience in running Ad Campaigns on these platforms.
4. Be able to perform Keyword Research, Competitor Research and Market Research and develop an online marketing strategy for our business.

We are looking for a diligent person who is hardworking and results driven and who is ready to take on a social media management position and gain experience in building a growing brand. Some samples of previous projects that you have worked on would be very helpful in helping us assess the suitability of a candidate for this role.

**Work schedule and holidays**

> This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays with flexible hours. We can start on a part time basis (10-20 hours a week) if this is required.
> You’ll qualify for 10 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
