They are now looking to hire a creative Social Media & SEO Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of current social media trends and latest platform features, as well as solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-oriented approach are essential, along with good multitasking and organizational abilities. The candidate should be able to work independently and show initiative in achieving set goals.
100% Work from home, remote, permanent role. Mon-Fri 9 am – 6 pm AEST.

You will develop, suggest, and implement creative and technical ways to attract more customers and promote the company Brand. To maximize the brands online presence, increasing reach and engagement across multiple social media platforms. Your goal will be to ensure that content is search engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Posting provided content across all social media platforms and maximizing reach and engagement
• Developing an optimal posting schedule based on web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
• Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics and optimizing website content, landing pages, and search copy.
• Responding to customer inquiries and forwarding specialized/unique inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Managing social media engagement and monitoring customer feedback
Key Requirements:
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices and relevant tools and web analytics
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Proven experience in a similar SEO and/or social media management role
• Expertise on multiple social media platforms
• Enthusiastic and passionate about social media, branding, and marketing within the hair and beauty industry
• Experience in a similar role of social media management and SEO
