As we expand our digital footprint, we’re looking for a talented and creative Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to manage our social media platforms, enhance our WordPress website, and lead our SEO and microsite initiatives.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media management, content creation, WordPress website improvement, SEO, and microsite development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving more business through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written).
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

Facebook Ad Management:

Plan, execute, and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to target specific audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement.
Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for better results based on insights and analytics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ad content is creative, engaging, and aligned with overall marketing strategies.

Content Creation and Video Editing:

Produce engaging, original content for our social media platforms and blog, reflecting our brand’s voice and values.
Design and edit compelling video content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with our marketing strategies and audience preferences.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all content, including video, is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with our marketing goals and customer interests.

WordPress Website Management:

Update and improve our WordPress website to enhance user experience, incorporating SEO best practices.
Regularly update the site with fresh content, features, and visuals to keep it dynamic and engaging.

SEO and Microsite Creation:

Implement SEO strategies to increase the website’s visibility and rankings in search engine results pages.
Research keywords and optimize website content for maximum visibility.
Develop and manage microsites for specific campaigns or services, ensuring they are optimized for search engines and user experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
Strong understanding of WordPress website development and management.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with microsite development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to create visually appealing content, including graphics and videos.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
