**Responsibilities:**

As a Social Media Short-Form Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating 30 engaging videos per month, each tailored for different platforms, including TikTok, YouTube shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and LinkedIn.

Your core responsibilities will include:

1. **Video Creation:** Conceptualize and produce visually stunning short-form videos that resonate with our target audience, aligning with brand guidelines and content strategy.

2. **B-roll and Motion Graphics:** Incorporate compelling B-roll footage and dynamic motion graphics to enhance storytelling and maintain viewer engagement.

3. **Title Card and Captions:** Craft captivating title cards that instantly grab attention, and ensure the inclusion of on-screen captions to make the videos accessible and viewer-friendly.

4. **Platform Optimization:** Understand the unique characteristics of each social media platform and adapt videos accordingly to maximize reach and impact.

**Requirements:**

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

1. **Fluency in English:** Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively convey messages and ideas in the videos.

2. **Video Editing Skills:** Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or Pro, and/or Capcut to expertly edit and enhance videos, creating a seamless and visually stunning final product.

3. **Short-Form Social Media Knowledge:** An understanding of short-form social media video platforms, including trends, best practices, and user behavior.
