Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Specialist who specializes in property management and marketing to infill vacant homes. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our properties, increase occupancy rates, and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. You should have a passion for real estate and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
5+ years proven experience as a social media specialist.
5+ years marketing experience.
2+ years property management or other real estate experience.
Experience may be concurrent.
In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite and google suite products.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills with extremely high English comprehension and verbal communication during multi person phone meetings and one on one phone calls.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth.
Experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive measurable results.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative social media campaigns.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Familiarity with property management and the real estate industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Rent Manager or other property management software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote properties, generate leads, and fill vacant homes in our portfolio.
Create engaging and shareable content (text, image, video) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Create, manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for multiple properties, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
Create and manage social media content that is engaging, informative, and relevant to our target audience.
Monitor social media analytics to track the effectiveness of our social media campaigns.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and generate actionable insights
Responding to all inquiries, helping applicants through the application process.
Collaborate with the team to aid in the review and approval process.
Create written and video standard operating procedures for all assigned tasks.
