Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Social Media Specialist to craft my digital identity and establish a strong online presence that resonates with the finance and business community. The ideal candidate will be adept at storytelling, creating compelling content, copywriting, SEO, and engaging with a community of professionals, potential partners, and followers interested in finance and business.

Contract Type: Independent Remote Contractor

Estimated budget: Starting at 5$/h with an estimated workload of 4h /week, with the possibility to earn more as achieving specific milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development:
o Develop a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances my name personal brand, showcasing expertise in finance and business.
o Align social media initiatives to achieve the status of key person of influence.

• Content Creation:
o Create and curate engaging content that reflects my insights, expertise, and contributions to the finance and business niche.
o Collaborate with our content team to highlight and promote thought leadership pieces, such as e-books.

• Community Engagement:
o Foster meaningful interactions by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations that build community and establish my name as an industry thought leader.
o Identify and engage with influencers, potential partners, and industry leaders to expand network and influence.

• Analytics and Reporting:
o Use analytics tools to track performance, gain insights, and refine strategy to maximise reach and engagement.
o Report on progress and insights to me and the team, recommending strategies for growth.

• Brand Consistency:
o Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all social media channels.
o Maintain a cohesive online presence that authentically represents my name brand and values.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 5 Years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in the main social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of finance and business sectors with the ability to communicate complex concepts in relatable ways.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• 2 years experience with social media analytics and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.

Contractual Aspects & Compensation:
